Refunds are available for Joint Renew excluding Shipping & Handling. Initial shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Your empty bottle or the unused portion of Joint Renew must be returned for refund to be valid. We cannot allow resale of Joint Renew, so empty and/or opened bottles will be refunded only after sufficient time has passed for a single customer to consume the product as directed. If you ordered multiple bottles of Joint Renew, all bottles must be returned to be eligible for a refund. You have 60 days from date of ordering product to request a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for all returns to process.
If a package is marked returned refused or undeliverable, we will happily refund the cost of your order minus the shipping fees related to the refusal of the package. Note: We must receive the bottle(s) within 60 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
